Neck pain can be a trigger for things such as headaches and cause numbness or tingling in the arms and even certain fingers can become numb. Having a sore neck and everything that goes with that can indeed make life challenging as the neck is a part of the body we are constantly moving.

At Motion Aid we are continuously treating helping and advising on the best ways to stay pain-free. The first thing is to be aware when you’re sitting in a compromised position for long periods of time. Keeping a bad posture for long periods of time is the point when structures of the body start to become irritated and sore. The body is very good at compensating for other structural issues, this is when a small problem can develop into something much bigger.
